Quick and easy process! Amazing service!‎‎

My wife and I were considering a Honda when our BMW X3 lease was up in order to save money. We dealt with Musico at Brickell Honda, and let me just say that it was a sheer delight to deal with his professionalism, courtesy and speedy service. I had called the dealer to see if they had the model and color we were considering and he confirmed they did. He welcomed us to come in and take it for a test drive so that when we were ready, we would have an idea of how the car handled. When we got to the dealer, he had a beautiful black 2010 Honda CRV ready for us to take a look at. Once my wife and I drove the car, we immediately fell in love with it! However, we still had 3 months lease payments left on the BMW. After some quick calculations and legwork, Musico was able to talk to his manager, Rick, and get us out the door with the new CRV and the final payments on the BMW paid for. On top of that, we are saving upwards of $500 a month on our new lease vs. the BMW. Needless to say, we are ecstatic and are very happy with our new CRV. Thanks Musico, Rick and Brickell Honda!!

By Joel H.- I still can't believe I got a 2009 Honda Civic! I went through a lot of sales advertisements, websites & 3 dealers before going to Brickell Honda. I had no credit at all & my potential cosigners' credits weren't strong enough to help me on this, so 2 dealers told me they couln't help me on getting a car because of their requirements & the third one was going to do it at an almost 30% interest rate. I work &study at the same time, so having a nice car in my situation is a REAL NEED. You have no idea how devastated I was because of my situation. I went to Brickell Honda with almost no hope at all, thinking "this is going to be more of the same old story" ... fortunately, I was wrong! The whole staff at the location was very courteous from the very first moment. Carlos Cruz (General Manager), Carlos Flores (Client Specialist) & Ulises Garcia (Finance Manager) were extremely helpful through all of the process. Carlos Flores was there with us during the entire process: he was extremely attentive all the time, never pushy & explained to me all the car features in a patient way, always responding all of my questions with detailed answers. I was really impressed by his customer service skills & ability to deal with the obstacles I had during the process. When I was almost out of options, he looked at us with so much confidence & said: "Don't worry, you'll get out of here today in your new car." And he kept his word. These 3 gentlemen took a look at my case & solved it all that same afternoon, so I could have my new car & start building my credit in my new country. If you are looking for a good deal on a nice car & trustable people to assist you on it, I truly recommend you to go to Brickell Honda & ask for their assistance: they are really knowledgeable on their business & will treat you in a serious & respectful manner. My experience at Brickell Motors‎‎

I had the most amazing experience at Brickell Motors. I went in with the possibility of buying a new car. We were greeted as soon as we entered the dealer and I automatically felt like I was at home. Our car sales man was spectacular; not only was he very professional but he was also very helpful, informative, patient and NEVER pressured us! He let us test drive 2 cars and gave us all the safety tips in regards to the car. After debating for 3 hours, I finally came to a decision on a car and the car salesman was very pleasant in helping us find a great price. The person in financing was great too. He was very thorough with all his information and very friendly. I am happy to say that I walked out of the dealer with a brand new Honda CRV and very satisfied. I ***HIGHLY*** recommend Brickell Motors due to their friendliness and professionalism.‎
